Search Visibility Case Study
AISymantix: Connecting Search Visibility to a Qualified Inquiry
A specialist research site had 8,148 Google page impressions and three clicks. We connected its original evidence, free checker, and paid audit offer, then established a separate way to measure referrals and qualified inquiries.
Portfolio study, published September 12, 2026. Signal Architect Group and AISymantix share ownership with Krisada. This documents the baseline and implementation; post-launch conversion results are still open.
Starting Condition
AISymantix had built a useful cluster around search visibility, with a free page checker and original crawler research. The August 13 through September 9 warehouse window recorded 8,148 page impressions and three clicks. All three disclosed clicks came from the branded query symantix. The larger topic was being surfaced, but the main non-brand queries still sat deep in the results.
Signal Opportunity
The first decision was to separate three jobs. The definition page explains the metric. The Searchmetrics article answers a narrower calculation question. The checker lets a visitor inspect one page. Recent query-page observations showed searchmetrics seo visibility at weighted position 3.73 on 41 impressions, and search visibility definition at 17.76 on 38. Those small samples identify places to inspect, rather than proving stable demand or a title problem.
Architecture Applied
The audit offer was the next part to repair. It described a $299 to $999 paid review but also displayed a free-audit button linking back to itself. We separated the promises and added a direct request form. A completed free check now leads to the priced review. The inquiry preserves its referring source, is stored privately before email notification, and can be qualified in the authenticated inbox. Original research remains on AISymantix; sibling publications contribute implementation context, reproduction material, and editorial interpretation.
Data Observed
The table records the frozen Google Search Console baseline. Page totals and disclosed query totals use different aggregation grains, so they are not added together. The new checker and inquiry measurement starts September 12; comparable earlier conversion counts are unavailable. Crawler activity and AI citations are not substitutes for those missing outcomes.
| Measure | Observed value |
|---|---|
| Page impressions | 8,148 |
| Google page clicks | 3 |
| Page CTR | 0.0368% |
| Search visibility weighted position | 58.19 |
| AI search visibility weighted position | 48.75 |
| Comparable historical inquiry conversion rate | Unavailable |
Commercial Next Step
The commercial sequence is a useful study, a free page check, and a paid audit request with scope agreed first. An inquiry is only qualified after its question and fit are reviewed. The offer is visible beside the evidence, and the research stays publicly readable whether someone becomes a customer or not.
Next Step
Observe the first complete post-launch window, September 13 through October 10. Report referring-source visits, successful checker completions, received audits, and qualified inquiries as separate counts. Compare the fixed Google query-page pairs with their baseline. Context library pages retain their editorial content but share the sitewide offer changes, so this is an observational rollout with no untreated control and no isolated causal claim.
